Dynamic Balancing (two categories)

The unequal distribution of the weight on a rotor about its centre-line is defined as unbalance. Causes of unbalance are many and dynamic balancing is the only remedy of settling these out of proportion masses back to order hence less residual centrifugal forces that start by killing bearings, drawing allot of power and causing catastrophic failures

Machines that may need dynamic balancing are:
  • Dynamic Balancing of Fans & pumps)

  • Dynamic Balancing of Centrifugal Baskets

  • Dynamic Balancing of Rotors such as Fibrizors, Schredders, rotating Hammer Mills, and rotor whose weight are above 2 tonnes

  • Dynamic Balancing of Turbines and turbo-machinery for work outside Nairobi, transport, accommodation food to be provided by the CLIENT.

    • In-situ dynamic balancing (Field balancing)

PSSL service personnel does the balancing at site without machine dismantling

    • Workshop balancing

The equipment is dismantled and taken to PSSL workshop for balancing

We look forward to serving
